CEC is now managed by YCC in Wilmington, North Carolina. YCC is a full-service association management, conference management, and web development company. Prior to founding YCC in 1992, Kathleen McCasland was the executive director of the Association for Research in Vision and Ophthalmology in Washington, D.C. She combines her 25 years of experience with a staff of professionals with backgrounds in accounting, editing, journalism, marketing, hospitality, database development, graphics, web development, business, and education.
